RETURN POLICY for online purchases
Merchandise purchased on the Gottschalks.com Internet site may be returned in any Gottschalks store location within 60 days of purchase with original receipt and all merchandise tags attached. Refunds are issued in the same tender as original purchase.

Proof of purchase (receipt and/or packing slip) is required for all returns/exchanges. All returns must include return address and phone number.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service. Most orders are shipped up to 7 days after they are placed, unless a different time frame is given for a specific item. However, due to factors such as unexpectedly high demand for a product, delivery delay, we occasionally may not be able to ship an order within the time frame. We will notify you promptly if there is a delay or if we need to cancel your order.
Alaska and Hawaii destinations can only be shipped via our
Ground method. Our 2 Day Air method is not available.

Shipping & Handling fees are calculated based on the $ amount purchased for each
ship-to address. Your packages will be shipped via UPS Ground.
Gift cards are shipped via First Class Mail for .37, or 2nd Day Express delivery for
$7.00.

Depending on your location, delivery may take 3 to 10 working days after processing has been completed. As the merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.
Due to alcohol content, Federal air safety regulations prevent the shipment of fragrances via air mail. Please choose ground shipping for shipment of these items.
